Eleze brings compresenhive knowledge in supporting participants who are directly supported by NDIS planners or delegates and has a strong background in navigating the scheme as well as mainstream services. Eleze brings strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to person centred practice and works collaboratively with participants, families and external stakeholders.

With close to two years as a support coordinator, Eleze providers tailored support to participants who live in supported independent living (SIL), autism level 2 & 3, intellectual disability and psychosocial to name a few.

Spending time with my children.
